The 2nd Annual Issues & Priorities Pre-Session Hearing is Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at 6:00 PM. The hearing is virtual and will be streamed live on our Facebook page @citydelegation.

City leaders, residents and organizations can provide public comment about legislative priorities for the the Baltimore City Delegation to consider in advance of the 2022 Maryland General Assembly session.

A Zoom link will be sent to the email provided on this form no later than 12:00 PM on the day of the hearing. Due to the number of participants,  speakers will receive 2 minutes max to testify.

 

**The deadline to sign-up and/or submit written testimony is Monday, November 15, 2021 at 12:00 PM.**

 

***Only one form per person and/or organization will be accepted and only one representative from an organization is allowed to testify. ***
